If there could be a zero I would have given it - Robert Mann and his company do not reply to the vendor nor estate agent nor sellers solicitors in a timely manner - They've proceeded to hold up a sale of a property due to negligence. They have sat on paper work for 5 weeks before sending it out to the vendor - once the vendor has given evidence of all questions needed- he doesn't send it back to the sellers solicitors without the vendor having to go down in person. He is still not sending a number of enquiries which have been given for over 2/3 weeks now.
He has not answered a number of urgent emails sent by the estate agent. Ultimately preventing a sale from proceeding - I would highly recommend you to never use this firm for conveyancing ( I cannot speak for other services he offers - but if this is how he conducts himself then I suggest against it).

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently to my timetable and the costs were lower than those quoted by local competitors. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm. A five star service from the reception staff through to the solicitor dealing and the paperwork was faultless.
