have absolutely no idea if they are even open for business, having received no reply to a request for a consultation in 3 weeks. I see they are advertising for Health and Safety workers to cleanse surfaces, perhaps they could be trained to respond to business enquiries too.

Dreadful communication.
Received a call back over a week later after wrongly being sent a county court judgment letter.
They did not care of the anxiety this caused me.
I did not receive an apology until a second email was sent to me.
