Our conveyancer was polite and proactive, which settled our nerves as clueless first-time buyers and enabled us to complete quicker than anyone expected. Jackie and Emily were both super efficient and clear in their communication with us. They are thorough and trustworthy. The end of the process wasn’t straight forward (through no fault of theirs) but they kept in communication with us and ensured everything was actioned our side so when it came to exchange and completion everything went smoothly.
