I would recommend Jones & Groves solicitors for dealing with the sale of your care home . As I experienced selling a care home is not straightforward and not for the faint hearted ! But I found the warm personality and experience of Charlotte Jones ( who acted for myself) made the process bearable.
Charlotte is able to cut through the red tape and decipher the legal jargon in an understandable , efficient and personable manner . Charlotte kept the process moving with continuity of service and was always available for a personal chat on any points .
