My experience with Lorraine Collier at Kennard wells was extremely disappointing. her handling of my case was incompetent, and she failed to represent my interests. Her lack of competence in front of the judge led to my loss, and I cannot comprehend her services. Avoid at all costs.

We found Mazhar Zaman and his team very professional and helpful. Responded to queries very efficiently. Kept us informed throughout the conveyancing process. Would recommend them to friends and family. We had chosen to use his firm following recommendations from family

Would not recommend, poor experience - expensive, direct, rude, especially front of house.
It was like stepping back 100 years, which incidentally looks like the last time the Leytonstone office was decorated with boxes and mess everywhere, gave me zero confidence.
The receptionist was like something out of a 1970’s non pc ‘comedy’ sitcom and not in a funny way.
Lacked compassion.
Avoid.

Dealt with Mazhar Zaman who was extremely professional, honest and hard working.

Kept me up to date with all correspondence and allowed my property to be purchased with all paper work completed within 3 weeks!

Would definitely use him and this firm again in Leytonstone East London.
