They took over £32,000 for settling my dad’s estate. A very small estate took ages to sort anything out the longer they took the more they charged. Also complete arrogance if you dare to question it. Avoid at any cost.

Used this firm (when it was Stones) for over 25 years. Recently for a property sale. We had a friendly and professional service which we couldnot fault. Our solicitor and her team answered our queries and concerns, without delay. We would highly recommend them.

Firm acted for me.
I found them hard to get, very stuck up and not the best to deal with.
Personally I would give them a miss.
Look at the other reviews also they don’t seem to get a good press.
They a paper work form anyway and it’s all conveyance and pass paper around law.
They cannot even get that right!

This company acted for me when I sold a house in Exeter and bought another. Years after the purchase I picked up my deeds and found masses of information concerning appliances, fittings and guarantees, including a flat roof guarantee, that had never been passed on to me. The roof leaked during guarantee period and I had no idea it was under guarantee and paid £12,000 for a replacement.
