I initially met Mr Warren Mitchell who was very understanding and used his knowledgeable experience to assist me in navigating the judicial process with excellent advice. The legal aid service they offer is exceptional, Heena ensured it was a very smooth process and answered any questions I had. I had a difficultly trying to put some money (cards) into a Croydon Car park system - which did not work at all - Warren was so helpful and simply provided me with £5 coins in order to get to my granddaughters singing concert in the Croydon park - in time!! It took them 7 months to get my Will straight. The lawyer kept on forgetting whatever I had asked her to put in and used to change the draft with what she thought it should have. She charged me more as she had to do the draft more times. In the end I signed the Will as I needed it. Will have to redo it with someone else I think if I have any more time left.
