Very poor service, it has taken over 19 months to finalise a straight forward estate. The change of solicitor 6 months in delayed the Probate application being submitted, there was obviously no descent handover! Staff extremely unprofessional, no information was given , they did not reply to emails or phone calls, they were not helpful at all, they had to be constantly chased to get information or for them to do what they where being paid to do. Basic errors made on the final accounts, no apologies given. Expensive high fees for substandard service.
