My 92 year old Father has recently gone into a Care Home and needed to redo his will and LPA's. As I had used M2M in the past I asked if they could visit him in the home to do these, they were happy to do so. He meet with Maria and Miriam and said he was expecting someone in a suit, heels with a briefcase and liked the fact they were dressed casually as he felt they would explain things in an easy way and not use jargon.
