I had a very disappointing experience with this solicitor. I paid them for visa services, but after taking my money, they failed to properly handle my case. My visa work was not completed as promised, and my situation has been severely affected because of their negligence.

Despite multiple follow-ups, they have not provided clear answers or refunded my money. I feel misled and extremely stressed due to their lack of professionalism and responsibility.
