Vyman will be getting sued for misconduct and breaching privacy for passing on my personal information without my concent so I got dropped by my solicitor which has amounted In severe legal , physical , financial and mental damages which lead to me nearly dying in custody when I am a sick and disabled person with brain damage, debilitating symptoms and 9 types of chronic pain . Also dropped on the floor resulting in extreme pain in custody none of which would have happened if they did not breach my privacy by passing on personal information that I disclosed to them. So prepare to be sued .

I cannot sing praises for Vyman anymore if I tried.
I have been kept updated throughout my case and been treated with respect and empathy.
All communication was clear and where clarification was needed it was always resolved quickly and explained in a way in which I understood.
A special thank you and recognition is deserved for Kerri C who has been my point of contact throughout, I couldn't have had a better experience. She was always polite and respectful and genuinely happy to help. Her commitment and thoroughness to the job is evident, after a couple of calls Kerri Knew who i was without me having to tell her and she knew exactly what was going on whenever I asked.

Thank you for your help and support. A great service which I respectfully hope I have no need for again, but if I do, Vyman will be my go to.

I’d give zero stars if I could, avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about your case at all and just constantly lie or tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. No communication with barristers in between court hearings and you’ll be lucky to get 2 minutes with them before entering the court room although that is for them to read through your case file because they don’t know what is going on. Tell you they have done stuff or are going to but never go through with it. They are not on your side at all and if anything want to help get you sent away.The only person I know by name is Kerri after speaking to her on the phone I have never spoke to a more disrespectful person she didn’t have a care in the world, couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions I had and in the end she gave up saying she is done with the conversation and will get someone to call me back which she never did. Please please please if you are thinking of using these people run the other way unless you want to end up in prison. I’m certain all the positive reviews from this company must be from staff or their family members as I’ve heard nothing but awful things

Terrible service received at the worst time of our lives. You would think they were working against the client not in defence. Extremely poor communication with client, no reassurance or guidance. As for the legal secretary Keri, she seems to think she is a highly paid barrister that knows the ins and outs of everything. Her telephone manner is absolutely appalling. AVOID at all costs
