Shivani is by far the quickest and best solicitor I have encountered. Really. She is that good.

Had a business lease to sell. A pretty complicated one. Apart from the fact that she knows exactly what she is doing the most impressive was how quick she got things done.

Found a buyer for my lease 2nd week of March 2026. Lease was sold and money in my account by 27th April 2026. And thats taking into account it was Easter holiday and the buyers solicitor was away for a good chunk so no communications from that side.

This level of speed is unheard of when it comes to selling of commercial lease. Shivani was replying to emails at midnight. Shows the level of commitment she has for her job. This does not exist in todays professional world. Most solicitors/accountants/architects etc.. dont message back sometimes in days. Shivani replied within the hour always. Amazing. Would really highly reccomend.

Very poor experience throughout
I don't want to go into too much detail as my matter has been transferred to a more reputable Solicitors firm.

We instructed this firm for a remortgaging matter and liaised with Kajal Patel. We were charged £1,000, however the transaction did not proceed and the only work completed appeared to be drafting transfer deeds and a small number of email exchanges with our accountants. We repeatedly had to chase for updates on what was happening, and there was no proactive communication. We were never spoken to directly by phone and felt we were left in the dark throughout the process.

After further chasing, we were eventually offered only an £85 refund, which we felt was disproportionate given the limited work carried out and the fact the matter never progressed. We also did not receive a clear itemised breakdown of fees unless we pushed for it.

Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of transparency, communication, and value for money. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using this firm and would strongly advise others to obtain very clear written fee agreements and refund policies before proceeding.

Mr Cawley from Litigation department has been very professional, very helpful and gave me very clear advises. This has made things much easier for me and less stressed in getting rid of the unpaying tenants. A very honest and trustful service by Mr Cawley. Thank you.
