Absolutely awful law firm. Their incompetence caused me serious problems after they gave Legal Aid completely false financial information, leaving me in debt and dealing with enforcement agents at my door. Communication was nonexistent — my court date was changed and nobody even had the decency to let me know, leaving me sitting there like an idiot. The woman supposedly handling my case was never in the office, ignored emails and calls, and constantly pushed me onto other staff who were just as useless. I ended up doing all the chasing, speaking to Legal Aid myself, and fixing problems they created. If you value your case, your money, or your freedom, stay far away from this firm and find lawyers who actually care.

Steve Kennedy was my initial Duty Solicitor who walked out mid interview. Their letter sent to me a month later (when I already have a solicitor to take on my case) states this was due to "conflict of interest" which is wrong because the real reason he got his things and walked out mid interview was because he was "professionally embarassed" despite him asking me to honestly answer the questions at the time of the police interview.
Needless to say i wont be using their services in the forseeable future.

Thank you very much for helping me go through my court case in February they're very honest reliable and punctual and a very good bunch of solicitors and always keep your solicitor informed what is going on and your case will go very smoothly. I have never seen such bad lawyering because there was no baristar or translator in my court and all my dreams were destroyed because of this company because they cannot do their job I think the state pays them for nothing because no one should talk to a defendant arrogantly and disrespectfully and even the right ones should not be called because of them your chance of winning the case is zero because a lawyer company cannot be this incompetent so in my opinion whoever has a case file should get it from this company. It is a company that destroyed my dreams don't let your dreams be destroyed too

Although trying to acquire the maximum amount of assistance out of of a low level law company, even then expect to receive a low standard service with low calabria people working there and do not be shocked when you do. After asking this company to represent a family member of mine, I was told by one of the lawyers who spoke unprofessionally, and hung the phone up mid conversation. Changing lawyers within the company did not improve their mannerisms or uncivilized at times deliverance either. My family member ended up representing themselves and I believe had a better outcome that way. Do not accept legal aid if it means reacieving an unorganised unprofessional service
