We have bought and sold property using their services. Chain broke multiple times and the process went longer. But they were patient and gave clear advice throughout the process. Nicky is a no nonsense, straight talking person and has been extremely helpful and super quick to respond. Necer had to chase them to expedite the process. She has been on top of everything, all the time.

Where do I even start, this is the most incompetent business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My house move was deliberately held up due to the complete incompetence of Manjit who I assume is pretending to be qualified in conveyancing. If you find yourself selling a property & discover this company is being used by your buyer insist they change company’s or pull out of the deal. As if Manjit gets her incompetent hands on it she will add a year to your move & blame everyone else even when she is faced with evidence of her stupidity. Even putting one star on here is to much they are not deserving of even that. Run a mile if this company are mentioned in house moving. The stress & worry Manjit has caused is beyond description a rude vile woman, I will be reporting this company to rouge traders.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could.

The firm and the partner are completely unprofessional. As they only have 2 partners they are not eligible to work with most lenders for mortgage - so don't bother wasting your time working with them, because you will lose your money!

By the team we found out, they had claimed they had done work that they were not prepared to disclose to us until we paid an extortionate fee to abort the work with them.

I would never recommend them. Their onboarding process is draining and costly. Their team do not communicate with each other so one person says one thing and another person says another and staff are rude. Stay away from Bana Vaid!

Would definitely recommend Bana Vaid. They helped me with my sale and purchase and I couldn’t be more grateful. Swaye was really helpful. She organised everything from what forms to fill in and documents to submit and never failed to give me an update while also being really kind and helpful. Nicky was so straight to the point. I would definitely use them again!
