Very poor customer service, zero communication.They don’t care!!

My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I paid £700 upfront and received little to no meaningful service in return. The case was left dragging for approximately 10 months with minimal progress and consistently poor communication.

I also encountered unprofessional conduct from the assigned solicitor, including being told that she is “not a robot to chase the seller’s solicitors,” which is unacceptable in a professional service environment.

Ultimately, instead of resolving the matter or providing clear reasoning for the delays, I was advised to withdraw from the purchase altogether. Despite this, I have now been asked to pay additional charges of £1020 for an abortive transaction that never progressed due to lack of action on their part.

This entire experience has caused significant stress and wasted time. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging with this firm.

Manjit provided the first class service in the recent property that I bought. Manjit was always on hand to answer phone calls, replies to emails very quickly and does a thorough job during her process. I have really enjoyed working with Manjit on several other properties and I look forward to working with her again in the future. I’d highly recommend her services as she is a very prompt and always goes above and beyond to complete all her work quickly and effectively!

I have nothing but praise for this firm of solicitors. Manjit is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional.She explained every step of the process of the sale and lease extension of my late father’s property, more than once, keeping me regularly updated.
