Karinah purposefully rejected my case for legal aid. She failed to show me that she fully understood the depth of my disrepair claim time & time again. Interestingly, she told me that her decision would likely be the same regardless of the evidence. Where is the logic to dismiss a case pre evidence?

Numerous errors made by the admin team in gathering together basic financial statements which led to back & fourth emails. This added unnecessary stress pre initial meeting.

Seeking legal aid has never been an issue for me whilst being in receipt of Universal Credit until Watson Woodhouse.

Be very aware that Middlesbrough court signpost you to Watsonwoodhouse, my advice would be to source further a field. If something feels off, always seek a second opinion. I could never recommend this solicitors for housing matters.
