Poor service, really slow reply times and continuously having to chase to get things done. I had to correct them on getting details correct in documents such as claiming I needed to purchase building insurance on a flat purchase. Ahead of completion they sent a bill with an accidental several thousand pounds difference to what was agreed which had to be rectified - this was 15 minutes ahead of their office closure for the weekend when I needed to send the money across for the start of the next week to complete ontime. The solicitor referred to the property I was buying as my first home as a low end property as I completed purchase.

Christine and the team have been excellent over the last year in handling my first house purchase. They're all friendly, responsive and provide reliable communication, in my case mostly by email.

I cannot fault them at all - especially having had two tricky previous purchases fall through, which Christine tried her hardest to progress at the time.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.

Just completed our house sale and cannot recommend Joseph A Jones highly enough. Olivia and her team went the extra mile in making sure our sale went through. There were hold ups and delays but Olivia persevered and kept the sale alive. Replying to emails on the same day and always making you feel like you were the number 1 priority.
