Beyond terrible!
Rude and arrogant staff, and all parties had to constantly chase the sale of our house. This should have been a very easy sale, and all parties were ready to move forward for several weeks/months. But Bendalls continued to work at the pace they wanted to work (Slow and when they could be bothered)
I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any legal matters!

Jamie, Syeda and Monet offer a friendly and extremely helpful service which is rare in this day and age. I always feel listened to and supported and their attention to detail is also impressive.

Probably the most stressful and frustrating six months of my life. Failed to respond to my emails and enquiries in a timely manner, sometimes not for weeks (or even months in one case, and sometimes not at all). Repeatedly failed to follow my instructions, e.g. not CC'ing me into emails as instructed (also leading to increased delays/costs). Failed to supervise or manage others effectively for whose work they were accountable. Numerous errors made in emails and documents. Retrospectively increased costs. Complaints process did not even address all of the issues I raised (numerous indisputable issues simply ignored and not responded to). Two stars awarded because they did eventually complete my conveyancing... somehow...

We have used Bendalls before and would use them again.
Syeda Anjum was very helpful and did all she could to make the sale of our property go smoothly .

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I have been with Syeda. I have had experience with solicitors before and to be totally honest, not that impressed. Syeda is at a different level- the communication on our house purchase has been absolutely excellent. Her attention to detail definitely pivotal to securing a very tricky sale. It wouldn’t have happened without this attention detail and communication with us. And I have and will be telling everyone! So refreshing please do pass our thanks on and we would be happy to use Bendalls in future. My husband has used in the past- but I was still to be convinced this was the right company to use.
