*Data Breached by Edmondson Hall*

I used Edmondson Hall for a property purchase. Since using them, I have learned that my data has been breach by hackers, and information such as my passport number, bank details, address etc. has been leaked.

Obviously this has caused me a great deal of stress. Looking at the Information Commissioners Office, I am entitled to compensation due to the breach. Edmondson Hall are denying any form of compensation to myself or other victims of the breach. Their response has been disappointing.

I would recommend avoiding Edmondson Hall.

Carly recently helped me with a house purchase. I can’t fault the service received. She was incredibly efficient, responsive and hardworking. I would definitely use EH (and Carly!) again.

My 82yr old stepmother was taken to this firm 10days after my father passed away to sign new LPAs. After an extremely distressing year for most parties involved, the OPG deemed that the LPAs were not validly executed by Mr Lambert as she lacked mental capacity. My concerns about safeguarding a vulnerable person & the firms lack of due diligence were raised in a complaint to Mr Edmondson in April 2024. I have had no reply to date.

Brilliant meeting with Lynda Allett yesterday to start the process of a Will and power of attorney. Lynda was very knowledgeable and understanding of our family situation and needs. We always experience friendly and kind service from all the staff at Edmondson Hall.
