Absolutely useless company. If you want a solicitor who puts in no effort, doesn't do their job properly and you want your loved ones to definetely go to prison for something they didn't do, come to this company. Did not put in any effort whatsoever to get all the evidence they could have been used, does not take GDPR breach or safety of client or family members seriously in the slightest and couldn't give a shit. The only saving grace of this company is Belinda

Represented by mark sheward today and I couldn’t fault him ! Such a lovely man , and such a fantastic solicitor! I’ve met most of the team at lister and Brady all have been lovely people kind caring and considerate. Fully recommend !

I cannot begin to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation and gratitude enough for your highly professional and competent services, provided in both a friendly and accessible manner. professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions when I'm sure i must have asked what posed as pretty 'strange' questions! You were there at a time when things were very stressful and anxious, I always felt that however busy everyone was, I was always lent a sympathetic ear which was very much appreciated.
You were thorough, fair and transparent in fighting my case, and establishing justice for which I will always be grateful.The process was greatly helped by your insightful and accurate expertise.

I contacted Lister Brady having felt less than impressed by an alternative firm. My case was passed to Belinda Ariss and she was fantastic from the first minute. She has a wealth of experience in criminal law and put me at ease straight away. I was kept reliably informed of the whole process and she was able to answer every question I had. I would highly recommend.

Would 100% recommend, phoned for advice spoke to Belinda she was absolutely brilliant. will mention i rang a number of other firms and their prices were double and they did not really sound very positive. This was a driving offence case due to 12 points and we really could not afford to lose the license, Belinda presented an exceptional hardship case for Us and thank god managed to keep license. This was done in quite short notice and dealt with very professionally .
