We used DF Legal for our recent house sale and purchase as we wanted an approachable, friendly yet professional service and we were not disappointed.
Communication is key during such a stressful time and Nicola and Jane were excellent at this. We knew what was happening at all times, and if we emailed an enquiry the response was prompt and detailed.
An added bonus to having a local solicitor is that you can pop into the office and hand deliver your paperwork to assist with a swift transaction, something that you cannot do with a corporate conveyancing company miles away.
