Held up my house purchase, advised they hadn't received docs when I'd been copied into the emails so I knew they had received them?! Absolutely terrible

Always great at communicating and responding
Fast process if you provide everything upfront and complete any necessary paperwork before marketing your property.
Knowlable and friendly staff
Can't fault them and have used them for many transactions over the years.
Thank you

We were delighted by the service we received when selling our house and have returned to the company to help with the sale of my Mother’s house. The staff members are friendly and helpful, costs are reasonable and business is handled efficiently. If you have an appointment to visit the company I would advise arriving early as parking in Rubery is not always easy

One star for actually completing the conveyance.
Communication felt patronising, misinformative, rude.
Taking three weeks to respond to one P/C and two emails. Failing to follow instructions. One email update said "at last have received redemption figure", (from lender).....Nope, my lender had given it twice, weeks before. One email update said my lender was requesting a lot of information.....Nope, just the usual buyers info.
We were in communication with our buyer so knew when documents had been dealt with. Do solicitors honestly think people do not talk to each other?
I requested a DSAR and received my information, minus several important emails, PLUS someone else's confidential information, which they didn't even bother asking for back.......
Would I trust them with any other legal matter or holding my personal data?
Nope.
