Having used James Bunn , Donna and Leanne many times over past few years , they are very very efficient and fast . Yes they are blunt and direct but you get an answer . one reviewer has mentioned abortive fees of over a 1000 being unacceptable . having used another big branch in Birmingham , they charge 1800 per abortive sale . Bunns is cheap compared to that . The receptionists are always friendly and helpful too . just recently i triend in vain for several weeks to get a reply from a panel of solicitors in UK to do conveyancing , almost no one was bothered to reply . you wont get that with Bunns

AVOID AVOID AVOID! They tried to charge me £1000 for ‘abortive’ fees as the buyer of my house pulled out. This was in addition to the £500 initial charge I paid. I simply challenged these charges and literally said the charges were ‘ridiculous’ (as anyone would) and they told me to use another solicitors. The most unprofessional solicitors I’ve ever used. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!

Donna was brilliant - she managed the sale of our house for us. Her communication was excellent. She was always prompt to reply, and we would not hesitate to use her again.
