I have bought and sold many properties over the last 40 years and this was by far my worst experience
Staff are rude, condescending and disrespectful
Emails were ignored for days and had it not been for an exemplary estate agent I doubt my sale would have gone through
The lost paperwork then once I’d redone everything miraculously found it again
It doesn’t seem that anyone talks to their colleagues in the office there is a total lack of communication
That’s when they are actually there and not at home or on holiday.
Then you have to pay to get them to release your money on day of sale!
I would strongly advise from using them and am only writing this now my business with them is concluded to avoid any further delays
