My partner has had a terrible experience with the probate process at this firm. Communication particularly dreadful.

Alastair Harvey provided an excellent service with my recent freehold purchase. Fantastic communication, very responsive and very matter of fact, which is often required when dealing with a purchase of a property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any of my family and friends.

I went in for a standard statutory declaration witnessing, costing only £5, but having not done it before I came unprepared - only with a digital copy. Desmond and the lovely woman at the reception showed great patience and printed the form off for me, as well as checking it for mistakes and giving guidance on how to post it and who to. Very down to earth behaviour from the oldest law firm in the world - will definitely use them if I ever find myself in a stickier legal situation

This was my first time using TS&P - and the level of detail this firm went to and in particular, Harry Smith I can't speak highly enough of. The guy is an asset. He offered a first class level of service and his assiduous nature and diligence in seeing through my case through from start to finish has been incredible. The case in total lasted around 3 years, and at points I wasn't sure there was going to be any resolution at all. Harry kept me informed along the way and was very honest throughout which was refreshing, even when the end didn't look near.

Harry was very transparent, understood my angle when it came to our family's case and worked hard to get me a level of justice I was seeking. He kept in touch fairly regularly and it was refreshing to hear him speak so passionately about our case, it felt like it mattered to him. The way he'd speak on phone calls with myself personally but also with family was outstanding - we felt he cared a lot about it and it resonated with all of us. When we worked towards a breakthrough, he was very diligent in coming to a resolution that suited us.

His proactive nature was outstanding and from our point of view, Harry Smith sits in an extremely high regard.

We have utilised a variety of the firm's services over many years and have always been very happy with the results.
