We used David Watkin and Co to recently sell and purchase a new property and found their service to be excellent throughout. The communications between us and David and Jayne were of a very high standard as they were always available to discuss matters as and when they came up. Their expert guidance throughout the process was invaluable and we always felt they had our best interests in mind. As a result the whole process involved very little stress, in particular moving day which thankfully went by without any issues despite being in the middle of a chain. Would highly recommend.
