Exceptional service. I used the firm's online form to send a query re certification of documents & witnessing a declaration at the Melksham branch office on Sunday evening. I received a phone call just after opening on Monday and had an appointment for the same afternoon. Outstanding service thank you.

I asked for a conveyancing quote, and their legal fees were quoted at £1,900. Then I told them the house price was actually £100,000 lower and asked them to revise the quote. It took them about three days to reissue it, despite my repeated emails and calls, I even went in person.

When the revised quote finally arrived, they hadn’t changed the house price as I’d requested. Instead, they increased their legal fees from £1,900 to £3,400 and raised the Land Registry fee from £150 to £295.

I called to ask about this, but as usual, no one answered. I then contacted the switchboard, and the receptionist said someone would call me back but that never happened. I also sent an email, but received no reply.

Overall, I don’t have much confidence that they would be effective if I hired them as they cant even speak to you.
