A great house purchase experience. Very through work and excellent communication by an experienced conveyancing solicitor (Samantha) and legal assistant (Georgia) on a slightly non standard purchase. Highly recommended.

Terrible service from start to finish in the Trowbridge branch. Charged my partner just over £400 for a 10 minutes meeting and a couple of emails to another solicitor that she wasn't even instructed to engage with. On top of that, the reception did not pick up the phone nor return calls after voice messages were left on separate days and times. I dealt with solicitors in the past, but never had such a negative experience. Avoid

We cannot recommend Goughs Solicitors practice enough particularly Natalie Kemp.
Natalie genuinely cares and throughout our case kept us constantly updated. She was always realistic and trustworthy with regards to what we could expect and we honestly wouldn’t have got through the last year and a half without her support.
