We have been a client of Drysdales for many years and have used in the past most areas of the firm . On these transactions - Elaine Holland recently acted for us on a sale in Southend property and a buy in Hampshire due to a relocation. She also acted for my father on his sale and also his buy which was also not local. All transactions were completed with absolute professionalism . Both transaction's on the purchase side were very complicated due to the rural nature/land being purchased and lack of accurate information provided . It involved many investigations and Elaine was relentless in getting the outcome we needed . Even in a busy period Elaine worked into the night ensuring that all paperwork was in order. I don't think locally you will find a more thorough, meticulous person than Elaine and without her we would not have got the transaction done. On the sales side this went through fairly seamlessly and Drysdales knowledge of Covenants locally which is common on many Southend properties was very helpful.
