I have never spoken to Fiona Connah, yet my mental health was apparently used in a dispute between other people that had nothing to do with me. If that reflects her professional judgment, it is deeply concerning and shameful. Using a vulnerable person’s circumstances to advance someone else’s case demonstrates a troubling lack of compassion and professionalism. Based on what I have seen, I would have serious reservations about instructing this firm!

I would not hesitate to recommend Kay & Pascoe. Having to navigate divorce is stressful enough but Sharon guided me through, putting me at ease and explained everything sensitively. She was easy to contact and always got back to me promptly if not available at the time. Negotiating a fair financial agreement was made possible with Sharon’s help and expertise.
