Got charged an additional £960 just for you to revert back with your client. What type of daylight robbery is this honestly? What type of administrative did you require to do just to convey a simple message that could command £960 ? Is this justifiable ? Or does it work like this in UK where you abuse us just because we failed to pay our service charge? In all honesty we were going to pay. We just needed to seek confirmation that that bank account was tellied. To send over tens thousand over Singapore dollars is a huge sum. Kindly look into our files and reduce your lawyers fees to be more humane.
