This solicitor firm is absolutely appauling, the staff are so beyond rude and arrogant and have no sympathy or respect whatsoever for property sales. I was due to move into my house 3 days before Christmas and these solicitors were my sellers solicitors, I didn’t move in due to the incompetence and lack of communication from these. They don’t answer the phone no matter how many times you call, ignore emails from my solicitor and if you do get through and the phone they are absolutely useless and lie saying things are in hand when it turns out they weren’t. Monique especially was so so rude I was completely gobsmacked at her attitude to someone who is meant to be moving in 3 days before Christmas and getting told it wasn’t going ahead, she told me she couldn’t talk to me and proceeded to laugh and say she was going to hang the phone up on me. If I was to buy a property again and these solicitors were involved I wouldn’t proceed. They are absolutely shocking! My seller even said they would never ever use these again. So so rude. The staff need trained in customer service and basic communication skills. I got 3 different completion dates and eventually when it was actually completion day there was still no communication from them, not answering the phone/ emails, they didn’t pick up the phone until 4pm on the day so nobody knew what was going on! I see good reviews on this firm but they were diabolical I don’t know how there is even 1 good review.
