As I was not expecting this, it comes across as a potential spam that could infect your computer if you were to open it, especially when the title is debt recovery.

I strongly advise against using Lovetts Solicitors. In my experience, they failed to notify me that their client was having issues collecting payment from my account. Rather than investigating or attempting to resolve the matter, they showed no interest in communication or resolution—only in demanding payment.
Due to their mishandling of the case, the judgment they obtained was ultimately set aside, highlighting a clear lack of due diligence and professionalism.
If you are a business seeking competent and responsible legal support, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Any normal professional company would confirm receipt of payment every time you’ve made a payment but with this circus show of a company you’re having to chase them for confirmation each and every time. I have sent numerous emails for the past 16 DAYS AND filled out a contact us form on their website! I am getting no response. This happens every single month!! I cannot wait to be done with these cowboys
