We couldn't have asked for a more straightforward introduction to the housing market than using ACS to buy our first home. Clare and Susan were prompt to respond, professional and kept us routinely up to date when chasing for an exchange date. Moreover they managed to push through our application when put under pressure from further up the chain, leading to ourselves being the only people that were actually ready by the new 2 week deadline!
I would 100% recommend their services with regards to home buying.

Chris and Kelly went above and beyond to help me get into my new house as quickly as they could. We faced a slow, inept solicitor on the buyer's side but it did not stop ACS from constantly chasing all parties involved to help me move before my baby arrived. They were working weeks ahead of the other solicitors involved and communicated with me regularly. Their pricing was fair, they showed empathy to my situation and I would be happy to use them again.
