If I could put a zero star I would, the staff and partners are very unhelpful and rude, they are seriously holding a house move up, due to not being arsed to chase a probate that they could if they tried get experdited but as they have put it they will get it when they get it and that's it

Great service. My statutory declaration was completed in around 10 minutes. I will definitely use Glaisyers Solicitors again.

I have to be honest and say I am massively disappointed and quite angry with the Service from Glaisyers.
We contacted Glaisyers one month prior to our move date to state we believed we still owed £1000 to settle the bill, we where told that this payment was covered with our mortgage and not to worry, we requested for them to double check this due to us having to budget and ensure we would be ok, again we where told go out and spend it on the house and enjoy it as everything is covered.
Our day of moving we had a phone call (10:30 when completion was 13:00) to state that we owed £1000, we explained we had called up and the final bill was £0 upon the signing of contracts and we owed £0 and was told to spend this money, we was then told that if we didn't pay it there would be no completion of sale.
If you do opt to use this company please ensure you check all of your documents, double and triple check the finances and question everything as this was an extremely infuriating kick in the teeth to what was meant to be a great day.
What was then even more disappointing was the fact there wasn't even an apology for this, we just had an amended document sent through the post a week after moving in.
I have since contacted to speak to someone about issuing a complaint and I can tell you that the tone to which I received was quite disgusting, from what should be a professional company, people skills and professionalism do lack.
I am fully aware than nothing will come from this but I would highly recommend people to think twice before using Glaisyers.

Paid £90 for an ID verification form which they then offered to post, suffice to say it never got where it was supposed to go (two miles away) and had to pay them the same amount again to sign another form.. No offer to re-do it for free or at a reduced cost. Obviously not bothered about repeat custom unless its paying twice for the same thing,
