Would like to say a massive thanks to Rebecca and her team for sorting out my mum's estate following her passing. I recently completed the purchase of a property at Damson Court, and while the outcome was positive, the process was far more stressful than it needed to be due to poor communication and lack of support from Rutherfords.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge and thank Steve, whose intervention and persistence were instrumental in resolving the issue. Without his help, I believe the sale would have been delayed even further.

Unfortunately, my experience with Amanda was not as positive. Over several weeks, my solicitor had been chasing hers for a second information pack. When I called her for help and assistance, I was met with a lack of empathy and professionalism. Amanda told me she couldn’t speak to me and the call was abruptly ended, something I found both unnecessary and disrespectful.

The most frustrating part of all of this is i resolved this with one simple call to Homesearch who advised me they would re send the pack but also informed me that they had emailed over a week earlier to Rutherfords’ generic email address which had been missed by Amanda and her team.!!!

Amanda's oversight caused unnecessary delays and anxiety for my mum who is in hospital and was needing to move into her new home as soon as possible.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future client interactions.

I was supposed to complete the end of November 2024, Amanda was amazing called me updated me, pushed things through for me, Rebecca did Dads probate again updates and responses have been amazing. 6 months in and we exchange and complete next week, these 2 ladies have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me. Due to a recent medical diagnosis myself and my wife decided to urgently update our wills. We explained the situation and Michelle couldn't have been more helpful in sorting things out for us. She was both patient and knowledgeable answering all of out questions. We had a draft Will within a couple of days which included excellent explanatory notes. After studying the Will we met again with Michelle who went through the whole document ensuring we fully understood its content, after which we signed. Incidentally, because of our situation Michelle fitted this meeting in at short notice when we knew previously from her secretary how busy she was. Many thanks.
