Donna who answering phone call, I think she need to change the way how she speaks to the people. Me and my husband try to chase up things for buying house, instead of she tried to explains what is happening, she just talking to us like why you even asking a question. When we tried to follow up, instead of she explained us that need a consent to speak on behalf of my husband she just told me “you need to speak to your husband and tell him to send email you can speak to us” if she was talk that in nice way I wouldn’t mind but her tone was she cannot be bother to speak. It was more likely why you calling me that’s how I feel like. I honestly regret so much to choose this solicitors the way how things are going through.
Also, When we have to bring documents in for sign the person who was at reception was very rude and doesn’t seem like she knows what she is doing as when we ask questions she repeatedly says I don’t know.

We have recently completed the sale of our house and dealt with Kayleigh Vickers, I cannot praise her enough, her service was superb during the whole process, and highly recommend her, very professional and thorough.

They took my file on 10th nov and I got my house keys on 26th Feb.
So they not bad but they could have been much better .
