Awful. My Aunty died and the inheritance letter was sent. Went into the office on 31st Dec with all documents requested. One month later, nothing heard so I chase them. Days later, nothing heard so chase again. Finally answer back being they don’t have what they need, so it’s sent over (again). Confirmed they have everything they need from Rebecca.
Two weeks later… still nothing.
The company has been a mess from the start for the simplest of jobs. Facilitate money from one account to the next, taking a cut themselves (always happy to take money themselves). Awful, and would never use again.
