The initial consultation with Harrowells was helpful, however the solicitor we saw was supposed to get back to us to provide further information and help with probate. Despite making contact several times and being promised a call back, we never heard from her again. This was 4 months ago and we still haven’t heard from her. I gave up making contact after a couple of weeks.
