We had a fantastic experience with Ralph & Co Solicitors, and in particular with Mark Florey. After a bad experience attempting to buy a previous property, we were understandably nervous about starting the process again. Mark was outstanding from the very beginning, he kept us fully informed at every stage and took the time to reassure us whenever worries cropped up.

His calm, clear communication made the entire purchase feel smooth and far less stressful than we expected. We’re extremely grateful for his professionalism and support, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ralph & Co Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable, reassuring conveyancing service.

Quite simply the worst solicitors I have ever come across. They continuously pass cases between different people, making it feel like there is no real representation. The communication is appalling—you’re lucky to get a response after four emails in a month. It often feels like they are making things up as they go along.

I strongly advise seeking alternative legal representation. The way they have treated my family member has been absolutely shocking, to the point where I am now considering reporting them to the SRA or the Legal Ombudsman.

If you’re looking for solicitors who genuinely have your best interests at heart, this is not the firm for you. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing service from the solicitor throughout the sale of our flat. If they had just communicated better, the process would have been a lot easier. Things only started moving when we asked for the official complaints procedure. Did complete the sale in the end.

Wouldn't recommend at all. 12 months to go through with purchase of land. Paid them to put us onto the land registry, which wasn't done! 12 months later - still not done so a fine was sent through - they happily paid, admitting they hadn't put us on it!! Had to sign all documents twice if not three times because they were lost, went through 4 or 5 solicitors during this time still not sorted and we are 2 years 3 months down the line. Owned the land over 12 months no paperwork and still not sorted with the land registry. Expect to wait 4 months between emails, promised phone calls back that you won't receive. You have to do ALL the chasing and paperwork for them!! AVOID!
