Overall a good experience but the fact the clients name was wrong on several documents and the address was wrong over multiple documents losses one star (it's just a lack of checking before the documentation goes out). Lack of notification of additional charges when they were paid out lost another star (because you should really keep the client up to date on that), but got the job done quickly so an overall 3 stars is good I feel.
