Disappointing service from the Residential Conveyancing team.

Nothing appears to be modernised. Communication was very slow, and the overall process was lengthy and full of errors. Documents were lost — I sent a full pack, and some items went missing, which meant I had to resend them by post. There was also a lack of basic and essential checks, resulting in the final title document being issued with a spelling mistake in my surname. I had to point this out myself, rather than the team proactively checking such fundamental details — which is precisely what I am paying the firm to do.

For your own peace of mind, choose a different firm.

As first time buyers the whole process was very confusing to us but Emily and Chloe made the whole thing so effortless and easy and we managed to get the pre Christmas completion we wanted, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I received an excellent service at DTM with reference to my late mothers estate. Stephen my solicitor was always prompt responding to my emails or request for help.
I would also speak with him at his office and he was always happy to help.
