As a family we have used Aaron and Partners on numerous occasions over the last couple of years.
On this occasion it was to deal with a dispute resolution case, I found that their professional handling of the case along with their excellent client care so reassuring.
A special thank you to Caroline Scott, who handled this case on my behalf, Caroline explained the process to me and kept me informed throughout, I found Caroline a genuinely compassionate person who was able to resolve the case promptly, listening to and taking on board my concerns and wishes.
What was such a stressful time, was made so muce easier by Caroline’s professionalism.
Once again, thank you.

This is my second time working with Andrew Hazeldine as my conveyancing solicitor, and I highly recommend his services. Throughout a very stressful process, he was incredibly efficient and professional. Whenever I had a question, he responded instantly and handled everything with great speed. I was also very impressed by how proactively he helped with other matters beyond the basic steps. He is truly the best solicitor I’ve worked with!

I had an excellent experience working with Mr . Vlad Macdonald-Munteanu and Ms . Charlotte McCubbin , Mr . Matt Fletcher and Ms . Keri Howarth at Aaron & Partners. They are all extremely professional and handled my situation with great care and understanding. Even though I’m based in Canada and my matter was in the UK, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was always clear and timely, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. I’m very happy with the service I received from them and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.A million thanks to all ….

My case was handled satisfactorily.
Where this company fell down significantly was their communication around accumulating costs that fell outside of the employer's contribution. As well as their transparency over how any costs were being accrued.
The invoices had zero detail.
My case concluded and I received an email that had significant finality to it, including being asked to leave a review for the solicitor. There was no mention of additional money being owed and I began to put the very stressful incident behind me.
THREE MONTHS LATER I received an email out of the blue to say that I owed £400. There was an apology that they were only issuing the invoice now as they had 'moved to a new system'. I would argue they knew far earlier in the process that the money offered by my employer was not going to cover their time reviewing a standard agreement, and that this could have been communicated in advance.
Two days later, I received a letter that specified I actually owed them £1000.
To emphasise again, there's not even any clarity provided on how additional costs were accrued. It's a huge amount of money for my family that we were expected to pay 'within standard payment terms' without prior notice.
To say this has been distressing is an understatement.
I would therefore never recommend this company.

Prompt & professional advice: I contacted Mr Nick Clarke at Aaron & Partners regarding a complex dispute resolution case and their speed of response & professional handling of my enquiry, was excellent (in stark contrast to several other solicitors). Mr David Potts dealt with my case and although we didn't ultimately proceed with legal action, I can't fault his handling of what was a difficult and historically lengthy situation. Had litigation been on the cards, I expect it would have been handled with the same rigour & diligence and would recommend that if you have need of a solicitor for dispute resolution or potential litigation, you should seek the counsel of Aaron & Partners.
