These was not my personal solicitors however we had to work along side
They caused problems from the start with our leasehold, didn't get the required funds sorted in time to completion.
Repeatedly asking the same questions though and and attachments was given.
Never gave straight answers and caused a lot of stress
Even when they was the solicitors for our property when we bought it years ago

I highly recommend Banner Jones and particularly Matthew Maiden and Loiza Loizias. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They just completed our house sale and the whole experience was excellent. They actually speak to their clients, it was so refreshing. They were real people, available throughout the process whenever we had a question, not hiding behind email, they called to let us know what was happening. Next time we move, our only choice for conveyancing will be Banner Jones. Thank you.
