My lender Santander has put my account with them, I made a more than fair offer of repayment which I sent them recorded delivery. Emailed them without response also. To now find they are applying to the court to have my house reprocessed ! Only got 5 months left on my mortgage and this company are going to cost me my house. Fuming 😡

Disgusted my Landlord screws up these guys just send a warning the next day evict you no communication, I rang three times for assistance or advice to be put to a dead extension, I emailed informed them off illness in the home no response so as is landlord makes a mess of his life now after fifteen years as Tennant not even a month's notice

TLT LLP are a group of solicitors used by HALIFAX mortgages owned by THE LLOYDS BANKING GROUP. This company is an absolute mess with atrocious customer service and extremely poor quality. My property was sold by HALIFAX and the conveyancing done by TLT. It has been over 1 month since the sale was completed and funds transferred into the hands of TLT. Dispite many calls and emails to TLT which have not been responded to I still have not seen any of MY monies. If you have a property in the hands of THE LLOYDS BANKING GROUP and they tell you the conveyancing will be done by TLT I strongly suggest that you tell them that TLT is not acceptable. As for you LLOYDS BANKING GROUP, you should be ashamed of yourselves for using such a poor company to deal with your customers of many years.
It is an absolute disgrace.

Without doubt the worst company i have ever seen in operation.
Were forced to use them as a solicitor to a finance company along with 2 other teams and my broker. All were astonished as to how they are still in business.
If unfortunate to have any business with them prepare for random bills for no work, missed deadlines and no contact.
If we ran our business in the same manner we would have been made bankrupt years ago.
Not even one positive thing to say.
