Absolutely appalling service, let me strung out for two weeks with no support or contact which resulted in me chasing them to they then turned round and told me that they would no longer take on my case as their trainee has gone on annual leave. Really don’t waste your time with these people because they won’t give you the time of day. Asking for £1000 upfront payment in order to try and get something moving when they have previously not set out or do any of the things they said they would previously do when provided information and documentation to help with a case . AVOID!

I highly recommend Atkins Dellow Solicitors. In particular Ingrid Alexander who handled the sale of my property. All details, queries, problems were quickly and professionally dealt with by Ingrid or her assistant Cordelia Heath. Atkins Dellow have fair and reasonable costs, made clear from the start. I will use them again.

Emily Isted and Rebecca Thornton both worked extremely hard to keep the whole process running smooth.
We were always kept informed throughout the whole process, often receiving phone calls and emails with updates on the progression, all the way though from contracts exchange to completion day.
Every time I needed to speak to them there was always someone on the end of the phone with a very positive and reassuring attitude, making you feel at ease that they had your best intentions at heart.
Our sale and purchase were 26 days apart, Emily managed to tie both exchanges at the same time and I know with this they had to stand firm against our sellers solicitors.

Moving home is definitely not the nicest of experiences but when you have fantastic support it definitely makes it easier.

I cannot recommend Tricia Chapman from Atkins Dellow enough! We were first time buyers and had to move quickly on an offer, she got back to us on the same day I contacted her and was extremely efficient. She was thorough and diligent throughout the whole process and we felt completely safe in her hands. Our vendors solicitor was a nightmare and she was very patient with us when we started to get stressed about the delays, she consistently chased them and looked after our best interests.
