In 12 months I have instructed three different firms for conveyancing, and also observed the performance of the firms instructed by the other parties to each transaction. Unfortunately I only discovered Cross Ram for my final transaction. Daniel Hewitt picks up the phone, which was a unique experience and meant that we were able to have fruitful conversations in real time rather than batting lengthy emails to and fro. He is prompt, to the point and gives advice. In addition his secretary, Jan Wright, always knew what was going on with the file and so was able to progress the matter in his absence. By contrast, all of the other firms worked at the pace that suited them rather than their clients, and spent more time trying to protect their professional indemnity insurance than giving advice to their clients. I would thoroughly recommend Cross Ram.
