My recent experience has been extremely disappointing and falls far below the standard I expected when instructing you to act on my behalf.
Throughout the course of my matter, I have encountered poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and a noticeable lack of transparency. On multiple occasions, members of your team - Claudia Bennett, Stephen Clegg and Samantha Pucci have been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address my concerns, leaving me feeling disregarded as a client.
In addition, I am particularly concerned about the repeated, unjustified charges added to my account. These costs appear to be applied with little or no explanation, and often seem to be made under any possible excuse. This approach feels money-driven and exploitative, especially given the minimal clarity provided regarding what these charges relate to, or why they were necessary.
Even after I submitted a written complaint, the firm took twice as long as stated in their own policy to respond. When I finally received their reply, it was dismissive and failed to address any of my concerns. Instead, they simply demanded additional payment
