AVOID!

I used Laker Legal for conveyancing last year. I did this as I wanted a local firm to the properties in Kent. Their so-called Maidstone office is not where the work is done from, very misleading!

I was assigned to Jessica Blacow. Throughout the process she was unhelpful and downright rude! A sale and purchase which should have taken only a few months took over 8! This was a 3-person chain so not exactly complex. In the end, we nearly lost my mortgage offer due to her delays. Had I not chased regularly, I would have lost out.

I have used these solicitors a couple of times now and have always found them to be efficient and professional. My Estate Agent also commented on how good these solicitors are.
I would highly recommend and I will use them again when conveyancing.
