Melissa Hubbard was excellent with our matter

Sadly a very stressful & horrific experience with our house sale. We found our solicitor to be too busy to support us. She was part time at the office, and had a “large caseload” so we had to constantly chase up, from outside of England too, which made it much tougher. We ended up doing some of the work ourselves just to get this resolved. A real shame, as I had used them in the past, for another legal issue & they were great.

Avoid using. We have recently sold our property, and our buyers used this company. When there was great urgency to sell, all other people in the chain were ready to go apart from our buyers solicitor as she was “too busy”. This solicitor didn’t care about the emotional impact on the rest of the chain. Would not recommend!

Melissa Hubbard was wonderful in acting for me on my house purchase, whish was an elongated process due to 2 falling through! She was very informative and kept me up to date with how everything was progressing and what was required, I can't thank her enough for the assistance, especially as a first time buyer!

EJ Moyle, is a small but lovely place with understanding staff.
My solicitor is Neville he is very professional and tells you straight and to the point on enquiries on property, eviction notices and renting problems and provides the best advice.
Maria is Neville's secretary who will go out of her way to be helpful, polite with a lovely telephone voice and quick email responses. The main secretary is lovely too. I can't comment on the rest of the team yet. But I highly recommend this solicitor's.
